Job summary

Floowi is seeking a Marketing Specialist to own marketing initiatives, transforming messaging into structured campaigns for both acquisition and retention. You will develop outreach strategies, run email and social campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize efforts in a collaborative, hands-on role.

You will work remotely with LATAM-based leadership, focusing on content that aligns with our brand voice and drives measurable results, while coordinating with sales and partnerships for seasonal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building outreach campaigns from product messaging.
• Proven track record managing acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Hands-on Mailchimp experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Experience managing business social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strong written English and ability to follow brand voice and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Canva or similar design tools are a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach strategies to support new customer acquisition and client retention.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Mailchimp campaigns with segmentation and testing.
• Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with planning and engagement.
