Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, analyze properties, and manage end-to-end acquisitions. The role involves following up on leads, valuing properties, performing due diligence, and preparing contracts for ratification.

You will negotiate, estimate repairs, and determine ARV while meeting homeowners to present offers and coordinating with realtors, lenders and title during closing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% ranking in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Proven experience meeting or exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
