Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our fully remote team. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, close deals, and perform due diligence on acquisitions while coordinating with sellers and title during closing.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales experience, a proven top‑tier track record, strong communication and computer skills, and a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
