Job summary

House Buyers of America seeks a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals. You will follow up on leads, perform due diligence, and present offers to homeowners while coordinating with realtors and lenders. In-person meetings occur regularly, though the role is fully remote.

Ideal candidates have a strong 4+ year sales background, top-10% performance history, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including MS Office)
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
