Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant in a fully remote role serving Maryland. You will follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and close deals while meeting homeowners in person as needed.

Strong emphasis on negotiation, due diligence, and maintaining high sales performance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales, top-quartile performance, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas via phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
