House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals. The role is remote, with in-person meetings as needed, and requires evening/weekend availability to maximize deal flow.

You will source and evaluate opportunities, perform due diligence, negotiate acquisitions, and guide properties through closing, collaborating with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title teams.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% sales performer in prior roles.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
