Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant. This fully remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and a flexible schedule to accommodate seller availabilities. You will lead acquisitions, value homes, estimate repairs, and manage due diligence to close deals across a national footprint.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales experience, top-quartile performance, and strong communication and Office skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% sales performer in prior roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and draft contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value.
• Meet homeowners to present offers.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title at closing.
