Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to lead the purchase of homes, value properties, estimate repairs and close deals. This is a fully remote role, with regular in-person meetings with prospects as needed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of sales experience, a track record in top performance, and strong communication and computer skills (MS Office). Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
