Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to actively buy homes, value properties, estimate repairs and close deals.

The role is remote, with in-person meetings with prospects/clients as needed, and involves meeting homeowners, analyzing comps and coordinating with realtors and lenders during closings. You will join a high-growth residential real estate investment team, backed by strong revenue gains and national expansion across 44 states and DC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
