Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes and manage end-to-end acquisitions remotely, with in-person meetings as needed. You will follow up on leads, value properties, perform due diligence, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with homeowners, realtors, lenders, and title professionals, negotiating acquisitions and preparing contracts for ratification. The role offers strong earning potential through base salary and commissions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
