Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Home Buying Specialist for a fully remote role. You will follow up on leads, value homes, estimate repairs, and close deals while conducting thorough due diligence on acquisitions.

Responsibilities include negotiating acquisitions, performing due diligence, presenting offers to homeowners, and coordinating with realtors, lenders, and title teams during closings. Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
