Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to help grow national operations by acquiring homes through diligent analysis, offers, and negotiation. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and flexibility for evenings and weekends to align with seller schedules.

You will value properties, analyze comps, estimate repairs and ARV, negotiate deals, and coordinate closings with agents, lenders, and title.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% performer in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience hitting quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
