Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant for a fully remote role. You will follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and close deals while performing extensive due diligence on acquisitions.

You will negotiate, prepare contracts, estimate repairs, and meet homeowners to present offers, coordinating with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during closings. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 4+ years of sales experience and a track record in quota

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience required.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
