Job summary

House Buyers of America, a leading national home-buying company, is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant. This remote role involves following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals, with regular in-person meetings as needed to accommodate seller schedules.

You will analyze comps, perform due diligence, negotiate acquisitions, and coordinate with realtors, lenders and title during closings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Proven experience meeting/exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
