Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join a fully remote team. You will follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and close deals while performing due diligence and preparing contracts.

Candidates should have 4+ years of sales experience, top 10% performance, strong communication and MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Expect a high-earning range with base salary plus commissions as the company expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% performer in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
