Job summary

House Buyers of America seeks an Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to lead lead follow-up, property valuation, ARV estimation, and closing. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and flexibility for evenings and weekends to fit seller schedules.

You will negotiate acquisitions, perform due diligence, and collaborate with Realtors, lenders, and title teams during closings, with 4+ years of sales experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Great communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
