House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to buy homes, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals. The role involves following up on leads, conducting due diligence, and preparing contracts for ratification in a fully remote environment with regular in-person meetings as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales experience, a proven track record of top performance, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and a Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% ranking in previous roles.
• Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proven experience in achieving quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
