House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to handle the purchasing of homes remotely. You will be responsible for following up on leads, valuing properties, and closing deals, while maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate clients.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of sales experience and proven communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Strong compensation package with an annual range of $140,000-$220,000, including salary and bonuses.

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of top performance in sales.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts.
