Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking an Real Estate Acquisition Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals, while performing extensive due diligence and preparing contracts.

You will meet homeowners, negotiate acquisitions, and work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during closing. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, with strong sales and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% sales performer in prior roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Proven success meeting or exceeding quotas via phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during closing.
