House Buyers of America is hiring a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, perform due diligence, value properties, and close deals. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

You will analyze comps, negotiate, and prepare contracts while meeting quotas and maintaining strong communication skills. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of sales experience, top-quartile performance, and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience required.
• Consistently ranked in top 10% of sales staff.
• Excellent communication and computer skills including MS Office.
• Proven track record of hitting quotas via phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and ARV/As-Is value of properties.
• Meet homeowners to present offers and close deals.
