Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes nationwide. The role involves following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals while conducting thorough due diligence.

The position is remote, with in-person meetings with prospects as needed. You should have 4+ years in sales, a track record in top performance, strong communication and MS Office skills, and a proven ability to meet quotas via phone sales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% sales performer in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
