Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to lead end-to-end property acquisitions, from lead follow-up to closing, including due diligence and ARV estimation. This fully remote position requires regular in-person meetings with homeowners and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
