Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to help grow our national home-buying business. This remote role requires following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals with homeowners. You will work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during closings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales experience, top-tier performance, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
