Stonhard is seeking an experienced sales professional in California to drive B2B growth, manage client relationships, and coordinate installation-site activities. You will leverage CRM tools to track opportunities and maintain detailed project records.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth with in-person calls and meet activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Oversee project coordination at installation sites with field teams (occasional weekend/holiday installs).
