Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and timely quotes and orders. You will identify new business opportunities, manage customer records, and coordinate field installation activities with the Construction Division teams.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic market. Field-based with some home-office flexibility and performance-based earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of related B2B sales experience preferred in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meet activity goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
