Stonhard is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth, meet activity targets for quotes and orders, and expand our client base. You will build relationships, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into projects with a focus on construction, industrial, and commercial markets.

You will maintain detailed CRM records, coordinate with installation crews, and adapt to a fast-changing environment while delivering exceptional customer service in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo; Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meeting activity goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; provide rapid, effective sales solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and logs in Salesforce; manage project details.
• Coordinate installation-site activities with approved crews, including occasional weekend work.
