• Strong keyboard and MS Office skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers/patients with registration, scheduling, insurance verification and pre-service tasks.
• Collect co-pays and provide clear information to patients to create a positive impression.
• Screen patients for symptoms when applicable and route inquiries appropriately.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support to patients and families.
