Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients at workstation or bedside to collect information.
• Explains registration steps to patients and families.
• Assigns insurance plans, checks eligibility, and generates patient estimates.
• Collects co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles; provides financial assistance information.
