Qualifications

• Bachelor in EE/CS or related field; 2–5 years in defense tech roles.
• Ability to obtain Government SECRET clearance within 15 months of hire.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, and tactical communications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely when location allows.

Responsibilities

• Design network goals and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan configurations and run field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate on demos to verify architecture is sound.
• Coordinate with Business Development to meet strategic priorities.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.
