Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps requirements and support field-ready networking across expeditionary environments.

You will work with Applications Engineering and Business Development to demonstrate interoperability, coordinate field trials, and translate Marine feedback into product roadmap inputs, with travel up to 50% and flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS or related field with 2–5 years in systems engineering or defence tech.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, and tactical communications is preferred.
• Security Clearance: Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps requirements and field-test readiness.
• Plan and execute field trials, modernization efforts, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to validate architectures.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and track progress.
