Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps. You will bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps requirements, supporting acquisition stakeholders and field tests across mission-critical environments.

You’ll travel up to 50% for field tests and demos, with a remote option depending on location. This role emphasizes technical demonstrations, benchmarking, and collaboration with engineering and business development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years in systems engineering, technical BD, or defense tech roles.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms is preferred.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan, configure networks and run field trials, modernizations and evaluations.
• Collaborate with BD to use test data and benchmarking for solution architectures.
