Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions across cyber, technology, and operations. The role collaborates with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity teams to drive measurable improvements and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years IT program/project management
• Five+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, or related discipline
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is desirable

Responsabilités

• Identify and map Critical Business Services and the resources required to deliver them.
• Define impact tolerances, recovery objectives, minimum service levels, and recovery priorities with owners.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, tabletop exercises, DR tests, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, decisions, owners, due dates, and corrective actions through closure.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting for recovery readiness and resilience maturity.
