Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, recover from, and adapt to cyber, technology, operational, and third‑party disruptions. This hands‑on role partners with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Business Operations to translate resilience risks into clear actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, governance, standards, procedures, playbooks, reporting, and documentation of the Enterprise Resilience Program.
• Identify and map Critical Business Services and required people, processes, tech, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Define and validate impact tolerances, RTOs, RPOs, minimum service levels, and recovery priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and document resilience assessments and disaster recovery tests.
• Track findings, risks, decisions, owners, due dates, and corrective actions through closure.
