Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a hands-on Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate and recover from cyber, technology, operational, and third-party disruptions. You will partner across Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity to establish resilience standards and drive measurable improvements.

You will identify critical services, define recovery priorities, and lead resilience assessments, drills, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant IT/program management experience beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT program/project management experience.
• Five+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map Critical Business Services and required people, processes, tech, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Define impact tolerances, recovery objectives, minimum service levels, and recovery priorities with owners.
• Plan, coordinate, and document resilience assessments, business impact analyses, tabletop exercises, DR tests, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, decisions, owners, due dates, and corrective actions through closure; escalate gaps when needed.
• Enhance backup and recovery capabilities (Rubrik, Azure, SQL, Veeam) and immutable backups.
