Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions across cyber, technology, and operations. The role partners with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity to translate resilience risks into actionable plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CRISC, or Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of IT program/project management; 5+ years in enterprise resilience or related fields.
• Experience with ransomware-resilient recovery, immutable storage, isolated recovery environments.
• Experience planning or supporting disaster recovery tests, tabletop exercises, incident response, or business continuity.
• Ability to analyze complex service dependencies and connect recovery capabilities to business outcomes.
• Strong project coordination, communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Identify and maintain Critical Business Services and map dependencies.
• Define tolerances, recovery objectives, and recovery priorities with owners.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, DR tests, and tabletop exercises.
• Track findings, risks, owners, due dates, and corrective actions to closure.
• Enhance backup/recovery capabilities with Rubrik, Azure, SQL, and Veeam.
• Improve ransomware-resilient recovery and secure restoration workflows.
• Build isolated recovery environments and automate restoration testing.
• Coordinate DR exercises across infrastructure, apps, security, and business teams.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on recovery readiness and resilience maturity.
