Sentara Health seeks an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen organizational readiness against cyber, technology, and operational disruptions. You will bridge technical recoverability with business continuity, partnering across Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and vendor management to define resilience requirements and validate recovery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in IT program/project management plus 5+ years in enterprise resilience/cyber resilience.
• Knowledge of ransomware-resilient recovery, immutable storage, and isolated recovery environments.
• Experience planning or supporting disaster recovery tests, tabletop exercises, incident response, or business continuity exercises.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Enterprise Resilience Program, including governance and reporting.
• Identify Critical Business Services and map required people, processes, technology, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Define and validate impact tolerances, recovery objectives, and minimum service levels with business and tech owners.
• Coordinate resilience assessments, business impact analyses, tabletop exercises, and disaster recovery tests.
• Track findings, risks, owners, due dates, and corrective actions to closure.
• Enhance backup/recovery capabilities (Rubrik, Azure, SQL, Veeam) and discuss secure restoration workflows.
• Build isolated recovery environments and automate restoration testing and validation.
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises to ensure systems/data can be restored and validated.
• Create executive dashboards and metrics on recovery readiness and resilience maturity.
• Promote resilience awareness among stakeholders and document lessons learned.
