Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements and emerging trends. You will collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to support acquisition stakeholders and demonstrate the StreamCaster MANET radios across mission contexts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense technology roles; OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical or defense experience.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP-based routing protocols, or tactical communication systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Mansioni

• Assist in analyzing USSOCOM capability gaps and mapping operational needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Support planning, network configuration, and live field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound through benchmarking and testing.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development to meet strategic priorities.
• Prepare technical demonstrations for USSOCOM and component commands.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and test end-to-end architectures.
