Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management to join our fully remote Professional Services team. You will lead client implementations, configure RCM workflows, and coordinate data transfers with payers and clearinghouses to ensure smooth onboarding and strong claim performance.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with medical billing, RCM operations, EMR/EHR systems, and strong training and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing software implementations.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead the setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission, ERA, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on product features and financial reporting.
• Ensure milestones are met on time and escalate as needed.
