Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is hiring a fully remote Implementation Consultant specialized in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to support healthcare clients across the U.S. The role focuses on configuring billing workflows, testing electronic claims, and guiding clients through end-to-end revenue cycle processes.

The candidate will train billing teams, manage client expectations, and ensure timely milestone delivery while collaborating with clearinghouses and payer enrollment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or medical billing software implementations.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Familiarity with billing, payer setups, and AR management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementation.
• Configure the Raintree app focusing on revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze billing operations and payer setups to optimize claim rates and AR days.
• Lead setup, testing of electronic claims submission and remittance processes.
• Coordinate data conversion, EDI/clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
• Train clients and ensure milestones are met on time.
