Raintree Systems, Inc. is hiring an Implementation Consultant focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This fully remote role supports clients across the U.S. from designated states, including GA, with emphasis on configuring billing workflows, claims, and electronic data exchanges.

You will guide healthcare organizations through setup, testing, and optimization of Raintree’s RCM module, ensuring efficient financial operations and high client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in at least 2 of: Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing software, implementations, product/project management, or training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows (entry, submission, posting, denial management, AR).
• Familiarity with clearinghouse operations, electronic claim formats, ERAs, eligibility, and scrubbers.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience with web-based or classroom training/coaching.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations and payer setups to optimize claims.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission, remittance, and EFT/EDI connections.
• Coordinate with clearinghouse and payer enrollment teams for seamless data exchange.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on claims scrubbing, denial management, and reporting.
• Serve as main client contact during implementation and manage escalations.
• Ensure milestones are met and projects stay on scope and timeline.
