Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join a fully remote Professional Services team.

You will guide healthcare clients through Raintree’s billing, clearinghouse, and EDI workflows, ensuring efficient setup and optimized revenue cycles. You’ll lead end-to-end configurations, testing, and client training, collaborating with payer contacts and project managers to deliver on time and with high client

Qualifications

• Experience in two or more areas: Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing software, implementations, product or project management, training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Clearinghouse operations, ERAs, eligibility checks and claim scrubbers.
• Therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST), Medicare Part B rules, modifiers and authorizations tracking.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Web-based or classroom training experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software is required.
• Experience in medical office or billing environments is a plus.
• MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations.
• Configure Raintree applications for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture to optimize AR and clean claim rates.
• Lead testing of electronic claim submission, remittance, real-time eligibility, and ER/EDI integrations.
• Coordinate with clearinghouses and payer enrollment for EDI/EFT/ERA connections.
• End-to-end testing of scheduling to claim submission workflow.
• Train client billing teams on claim scrubbing, denials, statements, and financial reporting.
• Act as primary client contact during implementation and manage escalations.
• Review client processes and develop new workflow plans; communicate progress weekly.
• Ensure milestones are met on time; manage data conversion, interfaces, and timelines.
