Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management to guide healthcare organizations through setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s billing and EDI workflows.

This fully remote role supports clients nationwide from designated states and requires strong project management and client communication skills. You will manage end-to-end implementations, train client billing teams, and ensure timely milestones while coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing workflows.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations, ERAs, and EDI processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows using best practices.
• Analyze billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture to optimize claim rates and AR days.
• Lead setup, testing, and integration of electronic claim submission and remittance.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on claims, denials, and financial reporting.
• Serve as main client contact during implementation and escalate as needed.
• Ensure milestones are met and coordinate data conversion and timelines.
