Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our fully remote team.

You will manage client implementations, configure Raintree for billing and clinical workflows, and lead testing of electronic claim submissions and clearinghouse integrations. The role requires deep knowledge of medical billing, RCM operations, and therapy-specific requirements, with a focus on delivering efficient, accurate configurations and

Qualifications

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Clear understanding of clearinghouse operations and ERA processing.
• Familiarity with PT/OT/ST therapy billing requirements, including Medicare Part B rules.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Web-based Training or Classroom Training/Coaching experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical computerized billing, EMR/EHR systems, and scheduling software.
• Work experience in a medical office, billing office, or IT/support role.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to lead a client through complex financial and technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture to optimize clean claim rates.
• Lead setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission and remittance and EDI integrations.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and timelines with clearinghouses.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on claims scrubbing and denial management.
• Ensure milestones are met on time and hand off to Client Support when complete.
