Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is hiring a fully remote Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will manage client implementations, configure billing workflows, and coordinate with payers and clearinghouses to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Ideal candidates have experience with medical billing, RCM operations, and therapy-based billing requirements. Remote work is available nationwide within designated states.

Qualifications

• Experience in two or more areas: RCM, medical billing software, implementations, product/project management, training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Understanding of clearinghouse operations, ERAs, eligibility, and claim scrubbing.
• Knowledge of therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree application focusing on revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture for optimal clean claims.
• Lead setup, testing, and integrations for electronic claim submission and remittance.
