Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our Professional Services team.

This fully remote role supports clients across the United States and requires strong expertise in billing workflows and system configurations. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, train client teams, optimize claims processing, and collaborate with payers and clearinghouses to ensure smooth data interchange and high clean claim rates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or medical billing workflows.
• Experience with implementations.
• Product or project management experience.
• Training experience.
• Knowledge of therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) including Medicare Part B rules.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Web-based or classroom training/coaching experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software.
• Experience in medical office or billing office is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, MS Office or Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture workflows to optimize claim rates.
• Lead setup, testing of electronic claim submission, EFT, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers through product learning milestones.
• Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed with the client.
• Ensure implementation milestones are met on time.
• Hand off to Client Support after implementation.
• Support sales team in hand-off of new clients.
• Assure overall client satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as needed by project managers.
