Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our remote-first team. You will manage client implementations, configure the RCM module, and ensure successful go-lives with accurate billing workflows.

You’ll collaborate with clients, payers, and internal teams to optimize charge capture, eligibility, remittance, and EFT/EDI setup, while training users and guiding them through complex financial processes.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Solid understanding of clearinghouse operations, electronic claim formats, ERAs, eligibility and claim scrubbers.
• Therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) knowledge is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Web-based or classroom training/coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture workflows to optimize clean claim rates.
• Lead setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission and remittance.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers through product milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure milestones are met on time.
