Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Revenue Cycle Management. This fully remote role supports clients nationwide, guiding setup and optimization of Raintree’s billing and clearinghouse workflows.

You will oversee implementations, configure the application, test electronic claims, and train client billing teams, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable financial improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing workflows and revenue cycle management.
• Ability to analyze payer setups, fee schedules, and charge capture.
• Lead the setup, testing, and implementation of electronic claim submission and remittance.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and timelines.
• Train client billing teams and support during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations.
• Configure Raintree to optimize revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze billing operations to improve clean claim rates and AR days.
• Lead testing of electronic claims submissions and ERA integrations.
• Partner with clearinghouses and payers for EDI/EFT onboarding.
• Direct end-to-end testing from scheduling to final claim submission.
• Train client billing teams on claim scrubbing and denial management.
• Serve as a primary client contact during implementation.
• Ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Coordinate data conversion and project timelines with managers.
