Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management to join our Professional Services team. This fully remote role supports clients nationwide and guides them through setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s billing and clearinghouse workflows.

The candidate will lead end-to-end implementation, coordinate data conversion, train client teams, and ensure successful go-live while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2+ areas: RCM, medical billing software, implementations, product/project management, training.
• Experience with billing workflows: charge entry, submission, posting, denials, AR.
• Familiarity with clearinghouse operations and ERAs, eligibility checks, claim scrubbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation for healthcare clients from start to finish.
• Configure Raintree modules for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Coordinate EDI, EFT, ERA, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Train client billing teams and manage escalations.
• Ensure milestones, timelines, and client satisfaction.
