Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join a fully remote team. You will guide clients through setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s RCM workflows, billing, and clearinghouse integrations.

You will manage end-to-end implementations, coordinate with payers and clearinghouses, and train client staff on charge capture, denials, and reporting to ensure financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in two or more of the listed RCM/ billing domains.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations and ERAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree modules for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze payer setups and charge capture to improve clean claim rates.
• Coordinate data conversion, EDI/clearinghouse timelines, and testing.
• Train client teams on claims processing, denials, and reporting.
