Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management to join our Professional Services team. This remote role supports clients across the United States, guiding setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s RCM and billing workflows.

You will coordinate with clearinghouses and payer enrollment teams, lead end-to-end testing, and train client staff to achieve maximum clean claim rates and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least 2 of: Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Product/Project Management, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing (PT/OT/ST) and Medicare rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of client implementation.
• Configure Raintree modules for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission and remittance.
• Coordinate data conversion, EDI/clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
• Train client billing teams and ensure client satisfaction.
